Managing Director – Ms Diana Kisaka

Ms Diana Kisaka has a wealth of knowledge and impressive experience spanning over 15 years of corporate management and business administration in both private and non- profit sectors. She has achieved substantial success in accomplishing the mission of managing and building T-MARC into a sustainable local organisation and raising its profile among partners and stakeholders. 

Her high level of commitment to goals, requirements and targets has helped the Organization establish partnerships and systems to achieve the sustainable marketing of products and behaviours that improve the health of Tanzanians. 

Diana provides technical management and administrative leadership to senior managers and assumes overall accountability for the management and implementation of T-MARC's projects. She also serves as a secretary to the T-MARC Board of Directors and is also a board member to the Tanzania Legal and Human Rights Centre and Opportunity Tanzania.

Senior Manager - Monitoring, Evaluation and Research:           Benjamin A. Kamala

Dr. Benjamin Kamala (MD - Muhimbili University College of Health Sciences, Tanzania) has over half a decade of experience in qualitative and quantitative research in social sciences and health communication. A holder of a Masters in Public Health (MPH - Health Promotion and Health Economics, Karolinska Institute, Sweden); he has been responsible for planning, conducting and disseminating research in local and international journals, conferences and organizations.  

Dr. Kamala is responsible for developing, maintaining, training and supporting T-MARC Staff and Partners on reporting systems and procedures. He also assists in the translation of findings into evidence-based programming, whilst managing budgets.  

With expertise in planning and implementation of community interventions, his core area of interest is Statistical and Epidemiological Research in Social Sciences. He is also experienced in research methodology and ethics, qualitative/quantitative methods, epidemiology, microeconomics and data programming.

Technical Director - Ms Prisca Rwezahura

With more than 10 years of marketing experience in diverse settings, Prisca Rwezahura has successfully designed, developed and managed product launches and consumer promotions representing a wide range of commercially and socially marketed products across five East African countries. 

Prisca is overseeing the management and implementation of the Tanzania Social Marketing Program (TSMP), among other projects, where she is responsible for all aspects of the project’s social marketing interventions, including behavior change communication activities.

With her broad commercial sector experience, Prisca has successfully assisted in developing T-MARC’s social marketing competencies, systems and policies which, over the past years, have enabled T-MARC to launch and develop three branded health products: Dume male condoms, Lady Pepeta female condoms and Flexi P oral contraceptives. These brands have all achieved significant commercial success as measured by their availability, market share and cost recovery targets. 

Finance Director - Mr. Mark Nyungula

Mark Nyungula has over 16 years of work experience with international NGOs. His areas of expertise include risk-based management of resources, systems development, financial controls and legal compliance.  

Over the years Mark has gained experience in financial management, logistics, IT, internal controls, contract management, monitoring and evaluation of development projects, internal and external audits, risk management taxation, human resources management, organisational development, microfinance and small business development.

In addition, Mark has experience in developing systems and procedures for finance, human resources and monitoring and evaluation. Mark serves as the Organisation’s staff representative to the T-MARC Tanzania Board of Directors.

Operations Director - Mr. Tumaini Kimasa

Mr Tumaini Kimasa serves as the Operations Director at T-MARC Tanzania. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning over 8 years of human resource management and business administration in both private and non- profit sectors. He has good experience in business set up, institutional review and re-organization.  His areas of expertise include people management, people sourcing, performance management, compensation and benefits, organization development, employee relations and legal compliance.
Tumaini is accountable for the human resource management and general administration (operations) of T-MARC projects. He is involved in planning, organizing and directing activities of the department’s units of ICT, Logistics and Human Resource and Administration. He is responsible in leading T-MARC’s human resources objectives, practices and promotion of employee-oriented, high performance culture in the organisation.
Tumaini serves as the staff representative to the T-MARC Tanzania Board of Directors.
